Can I pay using Klarna?

Yes — you’re welcome to use Klarna to spread the cost of your treatment.

At the moment, Klarna isn’t integrated directly into my booking system, but many clients still use it easily by setting up a payment in the Klarna app before their appointment.

How does it work?

1. Download the Klarna app and set up your account

2. In the app, go to Wallet → Klarna Card (this works like a debit card)

3. Before your appointment, create a payment plan (e.g. Pay in 3) for the amount you’d like to spend

4. At your appointment, simply pay using the Klarna Card like any normal Visa card

How do I set up a payment plan?

When creating your payment plan in the Klarna app:

1. Enter the total amount of your treatment

2. When prompted to choose a store, select
   “Continue without a store”

3. Klarna will then confirm your plan and eligibility

Important to know

• Your Klarna Card can work in two ways:
  👉 Pay in full (like a debit card)
  👉 Pay later (your payment plan)

• Make sure your card is set to your payment plan before paying, otherwise it will default to paying in full

Is it complicated?

It might feel a little unfamiliar the first time, but once set up, it’s very straightforward — and many clients use it regularly.
