These terms apply to the following offers:

• Free Plump Peel Upgrade: Book three Classic Facials and receive a complimentary Plump Peel upgrade (worth £15) at your third appointment.

• Autumn Firm & Glow Facial: £59 (normally £73).

• Autumn Hydration Rescue: £65 (normally £74).

• A 25% deposit is required when booking each appointment, with the remaining balance payable at the clinic.

• Offers are for individual use and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.

• All appointments are subject to availability.

Treatment Suitability

• All treatments are subject to consultation and skin assessment.

• The complimentary Plump Peel upgrade is subject to skin suitability and is available only at the third qualifying Classic Facial appointment.

• If a treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative, rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• 72 hours or more: Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel, or transferred to your new appointment if you reschedule.

• Less than 72 hours: Your deposit will be retained if you cancel or fail to attend, subject to applicable consumer rights and the fairness of the charge.

• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without charge when at least 72 hours' notice is provided.

• Free Plump Peel Upgrade: All three Classic Facials must be completed to receive the complimentary upgrade.

Refunds & General Conditions

• Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

• Treatments already provided are not refundable.

Package & Payment

• Includes one Microneedling Facial and one Dermalogica Pro Power Peel Facial, performed at separate appointments.

• Package price: £159, saving £25 against the individual treatment prices (£85 and £99).

• Full payment is required when purchasing the package.

• Both treatments must be completed within six months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

• Packages are for individual use and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.

Treatment Suitability

• Microneedling is performed first, followed by Pro Power Peel approximately four weeks later, allowing time for skin recovery.

• All treatments are subject to consultation, skin assessment and required patch testing.

• If a treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative, rescheduling or refund.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For qualifying online or distance purchases, you have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the date of purchase.

• No treatments received: You will receive a full refund of £159.

• One treatment received: If you expressly requested treatment during the cooling-off period, a proportionate charge for the completed treatment may be deducted from your refund.

• Both treatments completed: Your cooling-off right ends once both treatments are completed, provided you expressly requested early treatment and acknowledged that this right would be lost upon completion.

If you wish to begin treatment within the first 14 days, we will ask you to expressly request this and acknowledge the potential payment and cancellation consequences.

Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

• Before treatment begins: Cancel at least 72 hours before your first appointment for a full refund.

• Late cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, a charge of up to 50% of the booked treatment's individual price may apply, reflecting reasonable losses and whether the appointment can be filled.

• After one treatment: If you cancel the remaining package, the completed treatment will be charged at its individual price (£85 for Microneedling or £99 for Pro Power Peel). Any remaining balance will be refunded, subject to fair cancellation charges.

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically cancel your package.

• Completed packages: Treatments already provided are not refundable simply because you change your mind.

• Peel treatments are typically spaced approximately 2–4 weeks apart, depending on skin condition and recovery.

• If a treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative, rescheduling or refund.
